My journey began in the Bronx, shaped by witnessing too many promising lives cut short by systemic failure. From my early career in television to my time in the classroom as a special education teacher, I saw firsthand how inequity was deeply rooted in education—and how easily children and even educators could be lost to systems not designed for their success.
Instead of accepting the status quo, I made it my life’s work to disrupt it.
Over the past two decades, I have emerged as a nationally recognized voice in education reform and leadership transformation across various sectors. My mission spans five continents and more than two dozen U.S. states, guiding leaders in dismantling outdated systems and rebuilding workplaces of joy with humanity at the center.
